PO Cruises Australia Rainbow
Details

P&O Cruises Australia is the region’s largest and longest-serving cruise operator, and leads the way in cruising as Australasia’s only ‘home brand’ and its favourite cruise line.

We have been sailing the region for 85 years and currently have five ships cruising from six home ports in Australia and New Zealand to destinations around Australasia, Asia and the South Pacific including Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.

In June 2017, P&O Cruises welcomed its latest ship to the fleet, Pacific Explorer. In 2020 P&O Cruises’ guests will be at the leading edge of a global revolution in the cruise experience when the line welcomes its first Ocean Medallion-enabled ship, to the brand.

The continued evolution of P&O Cruises heralds a new era, as reflected in our brand repositioning – P&O Cruises, Like no Place on Earth.

WHO HOLIDAYS WITH P&O CRUISES?

Today, cruising is one of the most popular and fastest growing sectors in tourism. According to the latest Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) Australasia statistics, the number of Australians taking cruise holidays grew by 21% in 2016 to reach 1,281,159 cruisers.

P&O Cruises’ passengers come from all over the world, with our ships offering something for everyone. In fact, 30 per cent of passengers are families, about 50 per cent are couples and over 20 per cent are groups of couples or friends travelling together.

Cruise lovers range from children to retirees, with 28% of passengers aged 0-29, 46% aged 30-59 and 26% aged over 60 years. Our great cruise packages keep passengers coming back year after year.
