Lesbians Redefining Our World @ QTOPIA Sydney

1 Feb – 31 Dec 2025

TO BE SEEN IS TO BE KNOWN
Role models play an important part in any society, providing examples that younger generations can follow to become ‘themselves’. And nowhere is this more important than for members of a minority group within a wider society, where acceptance has not been an easy path. This selection of ‘trial-blazers’ from the sisterhood are an example of those whose ‘coming out’ – becoming themselves – has not interfered with their achieving their ambitions.

Dawn O’Donnell, Deborah Cheetham AO, Kerryn Phelps AM, Miriam Margolyes, Narelda Jacobs OAM, Penny Sharpe, Penny Wong, Robyn Archer AO, Robyn Kennedy, Sam Kerr OAM, Sue Wills
